Sinclair to ramp up UAS training (Dayton Daily News) – Sinclair Community College and Southern State Community College are developing a joint training and coursework to train students in the use of unmanned aerial systems, primarily for use in the agricultural industry.

 

Robotics league gets $25,000 grant (Marion Star) – The Tri-Rivers RAMTEC facility, a robotics vocational center, has earned a $25,000 grant from Honda North America to help expand its Vex Robotics League, which brings in schools from across the state to compete in a robotics competition.

 

University of Michigan to Build $6.5-Million Autonomous Car Test Track (Autoevolution) – The University of Michigan’s Board of Regents has approved the construction of a $6.5 million test track that will be designed to conduct full scale testing of autonomous vehicles.
