Obamacare Revives an Old Question: Are Student Workers Employees? (The Chronicle of Higher Education) – In order to avoid millions of dollars in health insurance costs a number of universities are now limiting the number of hours student employees can work so that they will be considered part time.

‘Express’ library branch to serve area in need (The Columbus Dispatch) – The Columbus library system is setting up a couple of small ‘express’ branches in currently underserved areas. These five year trial libraries will be relatively small but will expand the libraries presence in key communities.
