Ohio’s ‘Straight A’ education grants to go out this week  (The Columbus Dispatch) – Ohio’s Straight A Fund is set to roll out its first round of grants totally $88.7 million today. Loudspeaker is First-ever 3D-printed Consumer Electronic (Scientific Computing) – Researchers at Cornell University have produced a 3D printed loudspeaker that integrates the plastic, conductive, and magnetic parts seamlessly so that it does not require assembly. This is an important step forward to making 3D printers commercially viable.
