Columbus State celebrates 50 years of growth (The Columbus Dispatch) Many Ohio community and technical colleges will celebrate their 50th anniversary this year. In the past fifty years Columbus State has become an anchor of education in central Ohio.

CSCC, Cinci State Receive $7.1 Million Grant Award from Obama Administration (Hannah News Service) Columbus State and Cincinnati State received grants from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training program. The program seeks to expand targeted training programs for unemployed workers, especially those affected by foreign trade.
