Theda Schwing, OhioLINK’s Catalog Coordinator, earned her bachelor’s degree in integrated mathematics education from Miami University and her master’s in library science from Kent State University.

Most recently she was the Technical Services Librarian at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, where she worked closely on her library’s migration to Sierra and their implementation of the EBSCO Discovery Service. Emily Flynn, OhioLINK’s Metadata and ETD Coordinator, earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Lawrence University, Appleton, Wisconsin, and her Master of Science in Information with a specialization in Library and Information Services from the University of Michigan.

Emily, who has experience as a catalog librarian at ProQuest and a cataloging assistant at the University of Michigan Law Library, began her library career as a student worker.

Ohio’s new College Credit Plus program allows Ohio public school students in grades 7-12 who qualify for college admission to earn secondary and college credit at the same time by taking college courses.  At the 2015 Ohio Educational Technology Conference, OhioLINK sponsored the presentation "Library Resources for College Credit Plus" by INFOhio's Erica Clay.  In it she describes tools and strategies for students embarking on research for College Credit Plus courses.
