In this role, she works with the deputy director to develop processes for activating and managing consortially-purchased electronic resources, including databases, journals, and eBooks. She also manages data analysis projects relating to electronic and print collections and other library data, such as developing metrics and indicators, tracking trends, and creating summary reports. She works with the CIRM (collection development) committee to provide analyses to inform consortial collection decisions and with the eResources Working Group in their work to share information and provide training in areas of electronic resource management.

Voss received her master’s in library and information science from Kent State University in 2011. She also has a bachelor’s degree in physics from Denison University and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from The Ohio State University. Her research in these areas focused on analysis of astronomical images and modelling the stability properties of control systems. Before joining the OhioLINK staff in September 2014, she worked at the Columbus Metropolitan Library and later at The Ohio State University Libraries in electronic resource acquisitions.

Voss has presented on topics relating to electronic resource management and collection analysis. Recent and upcoming presentations cover eResource usage data collection workflows and data management, availability of university press eBooks through aggregator platforms, and availability and use patterns of university press books in a consortium environment.
