David Brewster began his technical career in the USAF through extensive applied learning in electronics engineering. Dave operated and maintained Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) as part of the Air Force’s Big Safari program. Dave held a TS /SCI with the Air Intelligence Agency and worked within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) when not airborne on the RC-135 aircraft.
After separating from the military, Dave entered the workforce in the interdisciplinary field of systems engineering, providing design, integration and management of large-scale UNIX supercomputers, RISC and PowerPC-based systems, mainframes and data storage platforms within Tier III and Tier IV data centers. Dave spent numerous years leading service delivery for multiple technical services firms supporting numerous industries.
In 2020, Dave joined JobsOhio to lead efforts expanding Ohio's technology industry sector, including but not limited to the semiconductor industry, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, IT services, defense microelectronics, technology R&D and more.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in technology management and a master’s degree in organizational effectiveness and leadership.
